CEL with Power FC
Driving to work this morning and I got the CEL a few times. I use a power fc.
I checked the commander to see if I could see what caused it, but max inj duty was less than 90%, knock was 14 (dont know if it had got to that level before the cel though, but I know my knock is set to flash the cel at 50)
The max boost I had hit was .88 bar (on the avcr was 0.80 on the commander) and the car is mapped for 1.2 so I dont think it is a boost issue although I was on boost at the time if you know what I mean.
The only thing I can think of is the maf as it was at 5115mv but I am sure it goes upto 5135mv
Anyone any ideas of what it could be? Its had the power fc and map for nearly 2 years now and its not done it before. Could any sensors cause this to happen? Car was warmed up and coolant was at 85c
Cheers
James

Cheers Wayne will give that a check when I am next in it. I was accelerating at the time so could very well be that.
Car is a 92 wrx so I think my tps voltage should be 5v with no throttle applied and I think it drops with throttle movement.

Yes it will..
other causes could be an intercooler pipe off / leak.. as turbo will be sucking lots of air through the maf but it is not entering the engine so flows quicker due to no build up of boost..
