Hi all, have a question for you experts.

I'm thinking of buying that one subaru, it looks ruff on the outside-no fenders, back door a little damaged, but the worst part it wont start. when i turn ignition on all the lights come on but the engine wont start (doesn't crank or nothing). We were thinking its something to do with electrical wiring that leads to the starter. could it be something else guys? please help me with some advice cause im stuck to buy or not to buy it. the guy is only asking a 100$!!!

 

it could be siezed you could get a spanner or ratchet on crank pulley and try and turn it over by hand

 

yep as above. For $100 you could get it and break it and get more back.

it could be dodgy earths as that can prevent the starter getting enough juice
