error code 33 & 51

error code 33 & 51
Hi all
i have been having problem with idling and with fuel surge
so i did a ecu check (classic model 93 1.8GL )
and after getting error 23 i replaced the MAF
a week on the problem came back
after another ecu check i got the following errors
error 33 Vehicle Speed Sensor Speedo working fine
error 51 Neutral Position Switch (mines a manual )
Not sure where they are any ideas guys or what it could be
