Default ECU change..

Ive been thinking about getting a Z4 ecu to replace the one thats in the car , ive just taken the original ECU out a V9 and put in a Z4, The cars spec is as follows .

Z4 ecu
TD04 turbo
98 spec top mount intercooler
apexi induction kit with K&N cone
dump valve
boost valve
de-cat down pipe
de-cat centre pipe
Blitz nur spec r b/b

The car ran ok with the V9 ECU what changes will i get now ive put in the Z4 ecu ???? with the same set up . thanks for your responces .. WAZ

PS...The car is a 94L wrx wagon import. view my scooby

not good i should imagine as the z4 should be run with a td05. i had a z4 in my 94 uk wagon but uk wagons have a td05 but as you have said import wagon has td04 not designed to run on a z4 ecu.

So is it best to remove the Z4 and put the V9 back in till i get a bigger turbo .?????? thanks for the replys..

PolarPerformance chip can be palce in your ecu ,J1 resistor cut and the chip will run your car and if you go to the website you have 3 options

or you cud sell me the z4 if u wish lol i have a 94 wrx import would it work on this

it will work as i have a z4 on my 93wrx (straight swap better fuel map and boost level)

so i basically just plug it i thats it wat about getting it mappe coz ive got a full stainless exhaust fully decat no silecers and no baffels either or dn it matter
