i get to 4500rpm and engine starts to lose power

help ive only had my wrx for a month and this problem has developed when i floor it i get to 4500 to 5000rpm and the engine loses power i dont know if it may be the actuator or a air fuel problem its a 95 plate wrx,thanks.

Do you have a boost gauge if so what does it boost to?

Check the hoses for any leaks.
