Nope, you can't get the heads off without taking the engine out sorry.
Are you sure it's the valves not seated as it would only cause probs with one or two cylinders, it may run a bit on two.

do a compression test to confirm valves are seating..
I would suggest cam timing.. check the cam belt.. make sure you use the little mark on the crank wheel not the arrow.

as you prob know do the comp test with the throttle wide open......
then a simple switched live feed to the starter solenoid will do the trick... no need to have the ignition on
if all 4 readings are near equal.. and not excessivly low
then it has to be either ignition or fuel related.... a case of narrowing it down

the other easy thing to do is get the left and right bank muddled as they are labelled from sat in the car not looking into the engine bay.. as the cams and cam wheels interchange but won't run unless correct, they also interchange between inlet and exhaust.

Although the comps are down on 2 of the Cylinders,80psi is enough to fire the
engine but it will run rough/lumpy.
I would find out why it wont run first( prob. lack of fuel if it runs on easy start) and then pull the Heads and sort out the valves.
Tight Valve clearances will also affect the compression readings.
