Default Injectors.
Firstly what makes fit the subaru inlet manifold (ph1) and also what size is required for 400-450 bhp (not running mad duty cycles)

easiest way is to use phase 2 fitment injectors and adaptors to fit the pahse 1 rail. you would be looking at 740cc.. Nismo or Power Enterprize are very good.

I'm looking at making some custom fuel rails with the JIC fittings etc. And wanted to know which makes would suit.

Are the nismo/power enterprise the same as the phase 2 ones..

they are the same fitment at the phase 2 yes.
