radio band expander

hi people, i got a radio wave band expander, on it there is a pink wire thats has to be conected to "ACC", what is "ACC"?

Power on, when on the 1st stage of the key, I'm sure you can also connect to the electric aerial wire on the back of the stereo

did you make sure the lighter power goes off with the ignition or you may drain the battery

can't remember if it does or not
