Default STI intercooler

Hi can you out help me.
I am about to fit a sti intercooler to my jap wrx but i don't think that the dump valve will not fit because it is on the side of the intercooler so can some one tell me the best way to block the hole some one on here has done it b4 can you help thanks

Scrap the whole idea mate and get a front mount fitted.
Upgrading the top mount is like trying to make your fridge cooler by blowing on it.

Either get a plate made, or get it welded up my a local fabrication shop. some STI top mounts are good for 400 BHP, I'd stick with the top mount

fridge cooler by blowing on it ...

With inlet temps quite often reaching 65 degrees plus, i'm ditching my top mount as soon as I can!

Must be other issues. I dont see above 30 on mine except when in traffic.

You talk some rubbish so you do.

Have you not read andy f's posts on top mounts, why would he be running 700bhp with an sti top mount eh??????

Just get a load of lag wont you if not going up to massive power?
