Dealers telling me one thing, web telling me another...
Can someone just confirm the BHP/Torque figures for a hawkeye 06 plate STi, both the standard figures and the PPP'd STi figures?
With regard to BHP figures I was told 280bhp standard and 320BHP when PPP'd, just thought it sounded a bit high.....
Also when considering fitting a BOV, maybe a HKS variant, is it wise to fit it yourself or best to get a garage to do it?
Thanks for any replies!

Standard is 280ps ppp is 320ps
both measured in euro friendly PS (320ps = 316bhp)

Cheers for that Damocell, therefore standard its running around the 276bhp mark then I'm guessing.....
Corradoboy - I know what you are saying and in most instances I fully agree, however, its just something I need to get out of my system before I see the light I guess. Never had a turbo'd motor before and just always wanted to put a BOV on, I'm sure after a week or two of it I'll be sick of it.
As long as there aren't serious implications casued by fitting one then I'll go ahead, however, if there are then obviously I won't. I haven't heard of any problems when fitting one although I haven't been a member on here for too long.
What possible problems could arise by fitting one?
Also if one had to choose a BOV which one would be chosen?
Thanks for the input.

So is this the one I'd be looking for to fit to an 06 Hawkeye STi:
Latest 2007 Series HKS SSQV BOV Blow Off Valve TURBO on eBay, Performance Tuning Parts, Car Tuning Styling, Cars, Parts Vehicles (item 270155026348 end time 24-Aug-07 02:13:25 BST)
If anyone knows of the best place to get them from at the best price then it would be much appreciated if you would let me know
Also is this BOV a straight fitment to the Impreza that I mentioned or would it need any modification to be installed correctly?
Finally can anyone recommend the best place to purchase a Blitz Nur Spec R for an 06 Hawkeye STi? Again is this catback exhaust a straight fitment onto the standard parts or is any modification required?
Thanks again for all responses!

that is the right bov but looking at the pic it is not going to fit straight on without an adapter of some kind which is prob why its so cheap, you'd be looking to pay around 265 i think, thats brand new though, i would'nt buy that one on ebay, but you could easily fit it yourself if you do get one just 2 bolts to undo and it fits straight on

Thanks again,
