Default bubbles in the expansion tank?

is it normal on a classic to get bubbles when the engines hot coming up and out through the expansion tank / filler ??

if you remove the filler cap when the engine is hot then you will get that effect as it is a pressurized system and basically you are releasing that pressure

hmm,if your getting bubbles constantly in the header tank it could be exhasut gases escaping thru the headgasket,not wanting to doom and gloom but if its constant bubbles it could well be head gasket going.

if its a few gurgles/bubble then stops all should be cool,but u shouldnt get constant bubbles in ur header tank !
