Sender size clarification please..;)
The gauge I have has an M10x1.0 copper end that screws into an M12x1.25 'adaptor'..

As I want to mount it in the usual place above cyl#3 I'd already ordered one of these before getting the gauge..
GAUGEPLACE SUBARU IMPREZA 3rd CYLINDER OIL TEMP ADAPTOR on eBay, Subaru, Car Parts, Cars, Parts Vehicles (item 280140568794 end time 15-Aug-07 11:06:34 BST)
now to me it looks like this gauge needs an M12x1.25 adaptor, which I'm sure isn't what I've ordered (it'll be either 1/8NPT or M10x1.0)..!
IMHO, the M10x1.0 copper end isn't designed to go directly into block/LMA type adaptor, hence to worry that an LMA67M isn't going to be right..!
HELP..!
PS mods, sorry about ebay link..

Now sorted as the gauge won't fit my pod (or any pod as far as I can tell) due to the length of the tubing at rear. It must have an overall length of 90mm..!
Therefore a change of plan..
