pretty sure it was Worzal...I had an APS CAK and a HKS fmic; I decided it wasn't worth the hassle so sold it and fitted a big fat K&N

I went through the steps to fitting an aps cak to my sti ra with the hybrid/autobahn pipework and had some pics of Wurzels install, basically you need to elongate the hole in inner wing and rework the bracket to suit....in the long run i personally felt the filter was going to foul the plastic arch liner and also Paul(zen)pointed out that a bracket would have to be removed which helps the support the wing,it just was going to be a bit of a bodge to be honest......plus the filter size would have been restrictive at the 400hp level and being squashed even further up in the wing would have meant no room for a bigger filter....I will try and dig out the pics i had and you may see what i mean clearer..
Maybe re-routing the hot pipe on front mount to go over the aps cak may be an easier and neater way to install ..??

Probably best too ask Pauls advise....i,m in the process of making an airbox similar to your shield but with a lid and cold air feed.Have removed canister and waterspray so hoping too squeeze a large K&n filter into it and completly seal it from radiator/engine heat.
