Default Newbie WRX

Hi guys, just purchased my first scooby, a MY98 WRX . Just want to check the fluid levels etc and i can see a small coolant bottle near the pass headlight with max / min and also a radiater type cap in the left centre of the motor. Do i fill both? If so do i fill the radiater tank to the brim as there are no markings?

Any help appreciated

Plastic tube near the battery/passenger headlight is where i fill the water.

Do you mean the thing that is bottom center of the picture if so that's the expansion tank.

not dull at all if you don't ask you'll never know.
When my rad was changed the garage filled it using the expansion tank simply because it was quicker (they had to make sure there were no airlocks as well).
My expansion tank is full (except for the where you can see the pipe coming from the neck bit of the tank)
