Default What filter should I use?

I have a 1993 WRX Import Saloon.

It has a de-cat downpipe and straight through system and I'm upgrading the handling at the end of the month and getting a chip also.

I'm wondering whether to change the filter from the standard air box that's fitted?

Should I go for a green panel filter? Or a cone filter or leave it as it is totally standard and just replace the standard filter with another normal filter?

Any help would be great.

Cheers

Dave

Its generally best to Keep the oe air box and go for a pannel filter etc.

That's what I thought.

Think I will get a Green Panel filter for it.

Id say either green or simota panel filter, they're both just as good as each other

But if you are itching for an induction kit id say apexi, there was a link that showed it filtered the best and still flowed well so should be least likely to bugger up the maf
