Basically after some information on the 4x4 running gear in a standard impreza turbo.

What would happen if the front driveshaft or cv was snapped. Would the rear wheels still have power, or would the Diff's put all power to the snapped corner?

Any info you have on the 4x4 setup in the impreza would be useful as I don't know anything about the way it is setup and works.

I understand how a diff works and understand front wheel drive and rear wheel drive setups.
