Default Cam wheel pulley and sensor question.

What is better to use, the bakelite cam pulley`s or the metal ones?

I have version4 heads with bakelite pulley`s on the engine iv put back into my car, i also have a set of version1 sti metal pulley`s.

Will the metal ones fit the version4 heads if from version1 heads originally? Also the cam sensor im using is from a my94 v1 sti will it work on a bakelite pulley as was originally used with metal pulley, (dont no how the sensors work).

heard horror stories about the bakelite ones.

Metal ones wont break, the bakelite can break carck etc. I would use the metal ones one your car and they will fit your verson four heads.
