im going to be changing my plugs at the weekend,whats a good set to go for? where do i get them from? how much will they be?

also what makes the subaru pop and bang on the over run? does it do any damage? and can i get mine to do it all the time as it did it earlier and made a woman drop her shopping. i know its bad but i nearly wet mesen laughing at her
