You should also change your up-pipe. Yours currently has a pre-turbo cat in there which is awfully restrictive.
All this extra flow will mean a remap too and you should see in the region of 270-280bhp BUT a huge difference in spool, power delivery and fuelling.
While the topline power figure may not be a massive increase, peak torque and spread will be substantially improved.
In the real world you will have a very quick and extremely driveable car.
You'll also be legal and will pass your MOT without feckin' around changing or roasting exhaust parts!!
Cheers,
Stewart.

Totally agree with SKS.
I fitted the latest prodrive sports cat and a magnex decat up-pipe to my MY01 WRX with a remap. Very driveable little car now, power is not as agressive as STi, but lower spool up and feeds the power in nicely, mapped to boost to 1.3bar. Passed MOT no probs with just that cat on the car.
One point with the later prodrive downpipes is they have a metal 'splitter' in the open neck to seperate the wastegate and turbine gasses. This needs a very slight amount of grinding back to fit the TD04 turbo, not much though.
