Default tyres

IVE BROUGHT A 96 WRX SPORTS WAGON ITS ONLY GOT STANDARD ALLOYS ON,HOPE TO CHANGE SOON,BUT IVE NOTICED THAT IT HAS 205s ON THE FRONT AND 195s ON THE REAR,IS THIS RIGHT IVE ALLWAYS HAD THE WIDER TYRES ON THE REAR,THEY LOOK ALMOST NEW,CARS ALL A BIT NEW TO ME SO THOUGHT I WOULD FIND OUT IF ITS RIGHT.

SHOULD STATE, oooops sorry should state in the handbook what width of tyre is fitted to your car, id go with the 205's though, should be the same all round.

Hand book is a problem didnt get one but it would be in japanes anyway.I think im going to put 195s on the front I dont want to buy more as I want to change the alloys in a few months.Im still getting use to the car ive waited a while to get one just hope it was worth the wait.

You MUST run the same size tyres all round on an AWD car. Personally I'd put 205's all round

You MUST have same size all round or you risk damaging the transmission by causing the centre diff/LSD to work overtime.
