Apexi avc-r solenoid connections
Fitted an apexi avc-r on the weekend and connected the solenoid as seen in diagram , but there is a note that says for subaru a WAY to connect to the solenoid valve . What is the WAY bit meant to be ?? . It had a tee been the turbo and wastegate that went to the solenoid then a pipe from the solenoid to the intake pipe , but have blanked the intake pipe and the com is to the wastegate and the turbo pressure to the NO connection with the NC left open . Is this right or is there a better way to connect it .

Mine was fitted correctly...with help/advice of decent mapper (Bob)...
Turbo to solenoid, solenoid to actuator - no T's etc in the line at all. Dont have any pipes bleading off the signal from turbo to solenoid to actuator.

Thats the way i've fitted it , after checking the com to nc connection found that when solenoid live the com vents to nc, which is the waste air from the wastegate valve , so was'nt sure whether to plum the nc back to the pipe going back to the turbo intake pipe as this is air that has been metered by the maf .
