Went to put my new Disklok under the front passenger seat on my new (Belgian import) WRX and discovered it wouldn't fit as there was a fire extinguisher in the way !

Is this standard fit nowadays, or just on the Euro models ?

(I'd have a look in my owner's handbook, but I haven't got one yet until the next batch of imports comes over ...)

Belgian only I think - I think it is a Belgian law you have to have one in a new car. My Belgian MY00 has one. Good for breaking windows with in a crash apparently. Or even useful in a fire
