upgrading the fuel pump is a recommened upgrade anyways, regardless of mods, and the fpr is recommended with the new pump as older ones could be overwhelmed by the increased pressure the new pump will give.

Hello there, I'm cureently getting my car fitted with all the mods you've mentioned. With all the research I've done, I decided to go for a Walbro 255 fuel pump at £95 new and a SX fuel pressure regulator at £160 new. I've also gone for some stainless steel breaided hoses to help maintain the fuel pressure.
Another good fuel pressure regs is Fuelab. I simply went with the cheapest one I could find. Both are as good as one another.
Don't forget to get bigger injectors, you need to be able to phsyically put more fuel in the engine. 440cc should be fine for what you want.
Although 550cc might be a better idea if you intended to get more mods later on.
More importantly though, what ever you do get it mapped correctly.
