Question Is Castrol Syntrax 75w90 the best?

First of all, is the Syntrax stuff 70w90? I know is semi and would work better in a 5 or 6 speed for meshing...

Anyone agree? I'm running Motul fully at the moment and have problem with gears crunch on engagement sometimes...

Where's best/cheapest to buy?
