Bleeding air out of cooling system
As the post says, I have a gurgling coming from the heater matrix that you can hear when the engine is rev`d. How do I bleed the air out of the system to stop this?

Im led to believe that you take the filler cap off (when cool obviously ) start the car, put the heaters onto full hot setting, let the car idle and any air bubbles should work their way out....

It’s sometimes easier just to drain the system and re fill using the water return pipe on the turbo

I found it was easiest to remove the cap from the header tank, turn the engine one with heaters on full heat, and let the engine run. I squeezed the pipe that goes to the rad from the engine (thickest pipe) and this seemed to help remove the air pockets. Always make sure you refill the system slowly.
