hi guys would i mesure it from the flywheel read out or the road wheels i am just trying to work out how i am 10 bhp down on standard my car is a 2000turbo my00 uk car running 95 ron unleaded only mod is a baileys dump valve i got a reading of
boost pressure p3=1,830.1
i/cooler outlet temp t3=43.9
power 164.7 at the road wheels
but standard my car should be running 215 at the fly wheel

any ideas cheers scoobzie

Correct me if im wrong but 164.7 at wheels on a scoob is about 220 bhp? So to me it looks about right, remember the subaru is 4WD with a 50/50 split in power so dont expect miracles at the wheels

Yup, a rolling road will measure your trans losses for you, add about 5% for the extra loss when putting torque through it, thats your trans loss, you can then add that total to your wheels figure for the flywheel figure!

165 at the wheels is OK, your IC out temp is a bit high, so that won't have helped (its hot this time of year after all!), if that boost number is meant to be in hPa than at 0.83bar its a bit above stock but not a lot, depending on where it was measured of course!
