Default New Boost Gauge - cabling options?

Evening all, just received the Prosport Boost Gauge i bought off a fellow Scoobynetter.

Im pretty sure what / where to put the vacuum hose but not sure what to do with the other cables.

Its got -

1 Orange cable that needs connecting to 12v for lighting.
1 Black cable to connect to a good ground.
1 Red cable labelled 12v Ignition Switch ( + ).

Where do i connect these up to? Also can i just splice into existing cables or do i need to get the soldering iron out and stuff like that?

Thanks

Adam

Or use scotch blocks to tap into the wires.
