Hi,
Hope somebody out there can help.

My STi MY94 has a strange smell (could be oily) after a longish run, very noticable when I reverse into a parking space. I seem to remember seeing something on a web site (not the SIDC one) about the wrong type of grease somewhere in the front suspension/wheels area but cannot find the site again.

check rocker cover gasket for leaks on off side from there lecks on to exhaust cover

Also check the rubber washers that are under the rocker cover bolts , they often go hard and start to leak .
