Default what sort of power levels could i expect.

Im very nearly finished rebuilding my my94 sti, im going to have to wait a while beforre i can get a new turbo, managment and injectors, so will be running the engine with a tdo5 and 550cc injectors.

Has anyone got a rough idea of power levels i should be able to achieve with the current spec i have, spec as follows

2.0 block relinered to 2.2
Lateral wiseco pistons with upratd pins
Zen H beam forged rods
New Ej20 crank
Fully ported V4 heads including clave throats and inlet guides(valve seats recut with 3 angle seats etc)
Standard uk cam shafts
Ported oe headers and uppipe
ACL duraglide bearings
Cosmetic head gasket
shimmed and rebuilt oil pump
walbro 255lph fuel pump
550cc injectors
Parrelell rail set up with braided fuel lines 6-lan fitting`s etc
fuel lab fpr
Autobahn88 fmic with relocated oe i/c spray
hks hipower downpipe + hipower centre section and hipower backbox
Apexi super power flow induction
HKS FCD
Apexi SAFC2
Apexi AVCR

And What should i be looking at when get the turbo etc

Garret GT35/40r or similar
850cc injectors
Either motec, autronics, hydra managment
and uprate the fuel system (twin pump, swirl pot set up)

I no when i have the above the oe box and diffs etc may self destrust but just wonderd what sort of power i should see when fully complete.

Thanks

Ian.

You cannot just run a 2.2 with 550 injectors without mapping it.. are you going to set up the fuelling on the SAFC2 and check for det etc?

GT35/40 is a 550bhp turbo, but would be fairly laggy.. consider a MD321 bolt on etc.. for 450+ but more useable.

Yes mate going to use the safc to set up fuelling for time being, its going to be set up by a pro, using det cans etc.

550 is good but would probably prefere a more usuable 450+.

With the tdo5 and 550`s am i limited to about 350bhp even with the 2.2 an head work etc.

Thanks
