hi i have a 94 wrx and recently when it hasnt been used for a day or so i have a sort of miss fire while cold. the turbo will also not spin up properly and is basicaly very under powered. ive noticed that if only using 1/4 throttle the turbo will spool up and the miss fire goes.
it seems fine when warm though or if im using it daily.
any help would be great, thanks.

 

could be battery or alternator due to the way its described. not enough charge when first started but when running and battery charged or running of the alternator theres enough spark... or could be coil pack broke down and needing more charge to produce good enough spark. or maybe maf on its way out.. try and check these things 1 at a time to eliminate problems..
