Default Cut pipes from under the fuel tank ???

Just checked the car from underneath & found a bracket missing from what looks like 3 metal pipes which lead from the fuel tank.
My main concern is not the bracket missing but the metal pipes look as if they have been cut & the ends closed.

Is this standard or should they be looped back somewhere.?
I cannot see any other pipes close by that they have been cut from.

I could do with a picture of a fuel tank as the fuel tank diagram I have does not show the back of the tank.

Does anyone know what these pipes are for? Or what missing besides the bracket.

btw car runs ok & fuel gauge reads as per normal.
