Ok where to start..

Put a FMIC on started the car, ran fine, reved it a bit and no boost.. Check all the clamps and pipework many times and retightened etc, same problem, no boost when reving the car..

The boost guage reports - boost as does the HKS EVC. I did "find" the 2 port standard valve dangling in the gar with the wiring plug in it and a hose on the one pipe on the end with a bolt in it to blank it off, but no pipes on the other 2 openings.. did I pull the pipes with blanking bolts off when I found it?!

I have installed a cone filter, plugs etc etc, it idles fine and revs fine, but no boost!!

You say revved it? Have you actually driven it? Its not gonna make any boost just revving it,the engine needs to be loaded up. i.e. driven

lol, please tell me im not being thick....

It wont boost at stand when revving upto say 4k?

as i said it wont boost while sitting still. rev it to 7k if you want you may get one or 2 psi or a bit more. But it wont boost properly till your moving

Ok thanks, I will cut the bumper up tomorrow, fit it and have a quick drive!
