goto Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket
register and then when ur on your "home page" click the browse button and choose the file from your PC.
once uploaded just under a preview of the picture will be 3 choices, choose the [IMG] one and then just post the link into here

got to where you said click on img done that but cant seem to see how to get it on to here???
