just replaced my TD04 with TD05 and..
...fitting everything back together ive found that the coolant pipes that come off the TD04 are too small to fit the TD05.. damn!
anyone know where i can get the coolant pipes from, looking on ebay i can only find this

Drill them out with a 9/16" or 14mm drill bit. As long as you've got the correct bolts for the water inlet and outlet you're OK, an overbore is all you need. I just did it with mine a couple of weeks ago. That kit on ebay will do it if you have got the time to wait. I was in a hurry so just drilled mine oversize.

thats a very good idea, as the M12 banjo bolts used on the td04 are quite loose in the pipes anyway.
Still need some M14 banjo's though - seems as thought loads of places do M10 bolts..
