Default TRANSPLANT

Loads of people have no doubt done this but its new to me, replacing my high mileage "knocking" 98 UK engine with a low mileage Japanese 96 WRX block and heads, any problems I should look out for fitting my original Turbo, intercooler and inlet/exhaust manifolds ? Any advice apreciated I'm mechanically experienced just not on Scoobs.
