plz help problem with boost control!!!!
hello people i have run in to a problem that i cant sought myself for once
i have installed a hks evc 6 boost controller to my 2003 wrx sti i have gone over and over the installation and i have fitted it correctly how ever my engine light has popped on and it wont let me boost above 0.5 ive had it plugged in and the fault that is coming up is wastgate solenoid. i have left the standard solenoid electrically conected but no vaccuum pipes as the hks has taken its place any help will be much appreciated cheers wayne

Don't know anything about how you'd wire an EVC into the Impreza, but from a trouble shooting viewpoint, what happens if you take it out of the loop and have everything working how it was originally? Does it then work again?
