Default CHECK ENGINE light came on. !!!

I had done about 1.5 miles & the CHECK ENGINE light came on.
About 200 yds later stopped at lights, revs went a bit up & down.Pulled away light went out then came back on down road for about 5 secs then went out & not come on since (done another 20 miles).
What could it be. anyone ?

i had simular problems b4.
1.make sure all vacuum pipes are connected. sometimes they do come loose. ie bov pipe.
2. maybe idle valve controller is dirty.
