HOW DO I CLEAN BOOST SOLENOID
Come on then guys help me out.
How do you clean out the boost solenoid.Do you just clean the hoses connecting it,do you clean out the boost solenoid itself or do both. Also do you connect any plugs under drivers side of dash to reset ecu (and if so which) and do you connect em with a hose off the boost solenoid to fire unwanted oil (i'm led to believe) out of it.
Cheers
Oggy
ps.got typical overboosting symptoms (don't know what elso to do)

When i had problems with mine ( ie feels like hitting a wall under hard acceleration)
I disconncted both pipes to boost pack, and pipes, gave em a good spray with carb cleaner (electrical cleaning solvent works too), and a blow through.
Not sure about resetting ECU or any of that, but mine ran fine afterwards.
Worth thinking about fitting a oil breather system if you booting your car a lot.
