Classic ECU question (chipped)

Curious if anyone knows what car this ecu came from? From what i've read most 555's came with the 6k ecu. It has a chip in the open slot also....any ideas on what kinda chip it is?

ECU is out of a 95 STI RA, could have fitted to others, and looks like it has a map for a classic STI wagon
