Default Noise when easing off?

Just had new clutch fitting a few weeks back so I'm not sure if this will have an relation.

But I went on a 2 hour drive today, and I noticed at the end of my trip, if I get the revs high, then just ease of the accelerator and let the revs drop slowly, I can hear like a grinding vibrating noise, not sure whether its clutch/gearbox related or something vibrating - i.e exhaust, but I got underneath and everything seems tight

Any ideas?

Could it just be the gearbox on over-run, mine makes a noise?

Rattly heatsheild maybe?

Heat shields sound fine, its only just started doing it, and its quite a loud grind, like something wearing down?
