MY00 decat
i have a t reg uk turbo just had her decated and no heatshield will i need a remap or is there anything i should know ?

Why did they remove the heatshield? This can be modified quite simply so the decat DP will fit? I'd look at getting it put back on; it's there for a reason.
As for a remap, generally Uk cars will run a decat on SUL petrol without issue. However, you'll not get the big gains that the decat liberates without the remap.
I personally also think it's sensible to install a Knocklink to watch for DET on a car with a decat and no remap just in case.
