No, the downpipe and 2nd cat section are different. Backbox will fit tho.

Sorry to jump in....so my prodrive sports cat and ppp exhaust won't fit on an my06? How about a decat up pipe?

No they won't, apart from the PPP backbox.... as for the decat up-pipe MY06 cars do not have a cat there anymore (well WRXs don't, best to check about STis).
