Couldn't tell properly from your pics, but my uk classic has a large spoiler on the wiper arm its self, drivers side, and I've never had that problem. Maybe you don't get these on imports?

Does the wiper itself have a spoiler on it?

I had a problem with it lifting at about 65 - I think the wind came off the spoiler on the arm and under the spoiler on the blade making it lift
Very scary moment on the motorway in heavy rain

The Blade spoiler just pulled off and never had the problem after

No spolier but the whole arm is sort of covered in a rubber bag that blends into the blade itself any ideas

Rubber Bag?

Has it always done this or is it a new problem?
How long have you had the car?
Do the blades/mounting arm look twisted?
Both sides lift/just drivers/passengers?

Only other thing I can suggest is try changing the wipers and see if it still happens

Get some of these

PIAA WIPERS

You'll never use anything else once you've tried them

I'll second that. I've read some negative things about them, but I'm on my second set (only due to car swap) and I'll certainly buy them again!

As for the blade lifting off... no idea. I assume the 95mph is being reached on a private road?
