Default Spark plug gap ????????????

What should the plug gap be for my94 running pfr7b ? as im running 16psi and have since changed from 6s to 7s to allow for the boost increase . also what should the gap be for the 6s as i might go back to them as the 7s dont seem to last very long !

you often need to go narrower on 7s on the phase 1.. however if it is running and not missing under boost then stick with the 0.7mm gap.

if you go too narrow they tend to give a lumpy idle

As simon says, if it runs of 0.7mm then leave it at that. If you increase your boost however, you may have to drop it down to 0.65/0.6mm to avoid 'high-boost' miss-fires.
