Default New age spark Plugs

What are the best plugs for a moderately tuned MY05 WRX full decat inc up pipe STI8 TMIC and a remap.

Been advised to get a heat grade 7 NGK plug but what is the difference between the following and which is better for the above set up

1. NGK PFR7B
2. Iridium NGK BCPR7EIX
3. Iridium NGK BKR7EIX

also would I be correct in saying they should be gapped to 0.8mm.

cheers

Something to do with the conductivity of them its better, thus reducing resistance within the plug, hence the cost..(I think!!!)

Just checked some prices
PFR7B £7.34 each
BKR7EIX £5.50 each
BCPR7EIX £8.14

Anyone know which is best for set up above.

As far as I am aware Pentland Components are the cheapest for spark plugs but not used them myself.

Prices from http://www.spark-plugs.co.uk/index.htmalong with the following reply to my query.

Query

Looking for some info. I have a MY05 Subaru Impreza WRX Turbo. I am about to have it remapped and have a full decat exhaust and decat uppipe, larger intercooler and a few other mods. I need to use a heat grade 7 NGK plug. I am a bit confused as to which one would be best. I have looked at the following three and would appreciate your advice, PFR7B, BKR7EIX and BCPR7EIX. I appreciate the EIX items are iridium but there is quite a price difference between the two iridium plugs so is one better suited than the other and are either a better choice over the platinum option.

Answer
Forget the BCPR7EIX, it's very similar to BKR7EIX but designed to fit Japanese direct fire coils - not necessary for your application. PFR7B may outlast BKR7EIX but BKR7EIX should offer best value and good performance.
