messing about drifting my sti tonight and on the 2d lap of a island my car splutterd and lost all power for a few seconds then ran fine after i left island

seems like fuel not being picked up in tank.

had just over 1/4 of a tank of fuel.

is this a common thing?

 

yup as is the sound of number three piston making an exit through the crank case
