Default Graham Goode Upgraded Oil Pump

Came across one of these recently, anyone fitted and used one. I have just change the oil, would I need to drop the oil to change it.

You would need to do a hell of a lot more than just drop the oil im afraid!

Cambelt off job and then some.

I had a GGR oil pump fitted when i had the timing belt changed. As stated above you would need to drop all the oil , New oil filter, Timing gear off etc... . I fitted the GGR oil pump just for piece of mind really as the oil pump can be the culprit of alot of engine failures and as my original was quite old i upgraded it. If i am right they have modified the valves to create better flow.If you are going to change your oil pump might be worth checking your water pump at the same time or even replacing it depending on its age.

Thanks for the advice, just about to start this seasons sprinting, you always come across something when you think you have finished. Doing the water pump as well is a good idea. I did the cam belt a yeay ago.

Doing the timing belt tensioner too is a good move!

Must dig out that Belgium Beer I promised you, for after meeting relaxation of course. I wonder which one will be the quickest. I'll be bringing the incar camera so might twist your arm to show us how to do it !!!!!!
