Spark plugs UK - Champion, Denso, NGK spark plugs and Magnecor leads
Is a good place to get them. The standard NGK plug is a platinum PFR6B. Use these if the car is standard. For a modified car a colder PFR7B is better. Or an iridium type of the same heat range, BKR7EIX, BKR6EIX.

my car is pretty much standard apart from blitz cat back and cone filter, and a dump valve. But the previous owner put NGK iridium plugs in about 3yrs ago so you can see i think they are well past their sell buy date.
