Hi all need some help....

Fitted a ecu into my old car uk 96 ! i took the hydra unit out and now it doesnt run properly at all, especially when it gets up to normal running tempreture.
I bought a ecu off here and the guy was 100% that it was from a uk car same year bla bla.
I put the hydra unit back in and runs fine ??????????????
Please point me in the right direction as the new owner is a little pissed off...

couple of thoughts.. need to check to see if the wiring was changed for the Hydra installation..

Hydra doesn't use the maf.. so firstly is it plugged in and second see if it need cleaning as it hasn't been used for a while, may have failed / got dirty but unnoticed as not in use.
