i've an stiv3 v-limited wagon with unknow make tubulars headers, ninja sport cat downpipe, blitz 3" full exhaust.
it's not remapped and max boost is about 1.4bar full throttle.
i'd like to know how many bhp and torque can i get with this setup, something reallistic if someone knows.

I would hazzard a guess at 320 bhp

As a yard-stick:

My Sti v3 with a lot more added to your spec makes 380 x 370 @ 1.5 bar

thanks Graham! so with a good ecu remapped i can achieve about 330/340bhp and 330/340lbf?

but what's the max i can achieve with the right mapping, uprated fuel pump and the stock internals and vf23, considering that's my everyday car ?
do i've to uprate my clutch also, i've been told that the original stiv3 clutch is much more beefier thant the v1/v2.

your turbo wont get those figures !!! 340lbs is well optimistic, i think if your running 1.4 bar on an umapped car ?? it should be done as soon as possible as that cant be good for the engine ??

All down to the Rolling Road!

My stock Sti v3 with a Blitz boost controller on straight Optimax gave 312 bhp @1.25 bar. Didn't believe it though.
Mt engine with a 20g and a few extra parts ( ) gave 407 bhp at Well Lane and 380 at Power Station.
I trust the latter.

It is all very variable and some get better reults than others.

You should really be chasing torque figures!
